Description

CSS needs an audit and cleanup. Some duplicate styles that could be merged. Also, theme-modx.css in the manager/assets/js/ext3/resources/ dir needs to be moved into the manager/templates/default/css/index.css file (or at least put in that directory) and have its rel paths changed.
