Gracefully handle large error logs

Description
If you have a large error log, it will not load through the web UI, appearing that there are no errors. It would be nice if it gave an error message and offered the user the opportunity to download it over HTTP, e.g.:
The Error Log is too large to display. Would you like to download it (1.5MB)?
