Description
if you are not logged in and click a link to view a PM notification from an email notification, the page is blank. No HMTL returned or anything.
I would expect it to redirect to a login page, and upon successful login, redirect back to the PM.

The behavior now is that when you are logged into the Manager, but not logged into the Forums context, you get an error message:
Fatal error: Class 'disThread' not found in /**obscured**/components/discuss/controllers/web/messages/view.class.php on line 39
