Editing User Profile Does Not Clear Cache

Description

When you edit a user's info in the manager and hit save, everything appears to be alright. If you go back to that user's info, all of the changes have disappeared. Clearing the cache makes the changes appear. Seems as if the caching for that user's info is not cleared when the info is updated.

Have also had similar issues with the Login.UpdateProfile snippet, but that is another story (maybe related).

Looks like this has been fixed in all versions since 2.1.3-pl. Close at will.
