Trash Bin hidden by Roles cause JS error!

Description
When using a ROLE for user not to purge - and the trash bin gets hidden it cause a JS error really annoying in IE... if(!a.setAttibute) a.title = title; (Line 367 is wrong spelled) But it don't stop the error to just fix it there:
